My areas of specialty is in disability, life transitions, grief, death and dying, ambiguous loss, stress, and disaster recovery. I use Brief/Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing approaches for a person centred approach.
I am also available to teach Mental Health First Aid (Mental Health Commission of Canada) as well as Conflict Resolution.
I am recognized by Manitoba Blue Cross and can practice in Manitoba, PEI and Nova Scotia.
