The Tics and Tourette Clinic of CHU Sainte-Justine, integrated within CIRENE, is a center dedicated to the care of children and adolescents with Gilles de la Tourette syndrome and related disorders. It offers a multidisciplinary approach, where neurologists, psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, psychoeducators, social workers, and clinical nurses collaborate to provide personalized care.

Diagnosis, follow-up, and interventions, performed in partnership with local services, are evidence-based and may include behavioral therapies, such as Habit Reversal Training (HRT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as pharmacological approaches when necessary. The clinic is also committed to research and education, contributing to the advancement of knowledge about tics and Tourette syndrome and to the training of healthcare professionals.
