Free, anonymous, confidential 24-hr telephone and TTY crisis telephone line to all women in the province of Ontario who have experienced any form of abuse.

A telephone counsellor provides immediate crisis counselling, safety planning, as well as referrals to local agencies and support for the ongoing struggle to name and act against abuse. Counsellors never meet clients face to face as this is a telephone service only.
