Nicole is a Registered Social Worker with a master’s degree in social work. She also holds an honours Health Sciences degree from Wilfrid Laurier University with minors in Psychology and Biology. Nicole has experience working with individuals with a variety of mental health struggles, including anxiety, depression, phobias, grief, emotion regulation concerns, those struggling with self-esteem, and trauma healing. Nicole is currently working towards her Perinatal Mental Health Certification with Postpartum Support International to support all parents through the challenges of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond.
Nicole is a passionate and attentive therapist who strives to work alongside clients in their mental health journeys. As a therapist, she truly values her client’s experience and seeks to understand their perspectives, strengths, values, and the unique qualities that make them who they are. From this place of mutual understanding, Nicole works with her clients to carve out the life that they want to live, one day at a time, using a variety of techniques designed to create sustainable change.
During her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and pups, reading, gardening, being active, and spending time in nature. She is honoured to be part of your healing journey!
