Hale, Sean - Registered Psychotherapist, RP
Sean Hale Coaching and Psychotherapy
Private practice (individual)
I have 12+ years experience working in coaching and psychotherapy. I work with both individuals and couples. I provide an empathetic and non-judgemental approach. I work with a range of clients and specialize in Relationship issues, Men's issues, Life Transitions, Communication, Self-esteem, Identity development, Overcoming Shame, Mood regulation and LGBTQ+ issues. My approach is eclectic, meaning that one size does not fit all. I work within your paradigm to find what works for you. I work with you at your pace and using methodologies that are most suited to your needs.

I work with a range of clients; including those of different faiths, different cultural backgrounds and those part of the LGTBQ+ community. I am a Kink-Aware and Poly Affirmative therapist. Every relationship is different and respected. Every individual is different and respected.

I have 10 years experience in individual and group coaching. I also have an extensive background in Adult Education which I use as a tool when working with clients. As a therapist, my purpose is to provide understanding and psychoeducation to help my clients to succeed in their goals.
