Vancouver Island Adult ADHD Society
Our mission is to promote a shared understanding and acceptance of our ADHD selves as we explore our experiences with kindness and mutual understanding.

As a grassroots, self-funded non-profit organization, we meet online and collaborate on various projects. As a group of neurodiverse individuals, we acknowledge that while we have the potential to achieve incredible things, navigating life can often be challenging for us.
