I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor offering virtual counselling and psychotherapy services to young adults in the Ottawa and surrounding areas.
My approach to psychotherapy is client-centred, non-judgmental, and compassionate. I support people by meeting them where they are and helping them move in the direction they want. I work from an anti-racism and anti-oppression framework. I draw from several theoretical orientations and approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Existential Therapy.
My areas of practice and interest include emotional dysregulation, interpersonal issues, coping with stressors, questions of identity, life transitions, and substance/technology use.
