Lindsay Dupuis | Mindfulness-Based Therapy | Guided Meditation
Private practice (individual)
Trying to maintain a high level of exertion on a daily basis, pushing through in the face of acute adversity, or ignoring upsetting past events often leads to exhaustion and burnout. Without professional help, you may find yourself feeling chronically stressed, tired, anxious, depressed or angry. You may attempt to cope through addictive behaviours, disordered eating, isolation, or lashing out, bringing on a host of further problems. It is possible to put an end to this cycle, and I’m here to help you with this. In our therapy sessions, you’ll have space to talk in a non-judgmental, collaborative and confidential environment.

We’ll explore past experiences that are contributing to your current limiting patterns. Mindfulness will play a role in our sessions as you cultivate awareness of unhelpful patterns, allowing you to transform your relationship to them. Through strength-based strategies, I will help you access inner resilience, which is naturally within us all.

My style is warm, friendly, and values-driven. I will hold you accountable, guiding you with evidence-based therapy practices including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I will assist you with creating a healthier life path, while encouraging commitment to lasting change.
