Our Registered Clinical Counsellors in Kitsilano, Vancouver offer counselling, EMDR, and yoga from a compassionate and trauma informed lens, working with the body (somatic therapy), the mind (mindfulness) and emotions (emotion-focused therapy). We specialize in helping people understand and grow through experiences of anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, assault/abuse, LGBTQ+ challenges, sexual/gender identity exploration, career counselling and depression.
We also offer sliding scale rates and low cost counselling with interns at $50 an hour.
