Event Description
The emergence of COVID-19 has forced those of us in the helping professions to shift our way of thinking about how best to support our clients as face-to-face meetings are no longer an option. In response, many agencies and practitioners have begun to offer online, telephone or text counselling to clients. The rapidity with which the sector has responded speaks to the commitment of the professionals, but brings with it many new challenges and questions.
