Event Description
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an evidenced-based program of the Mental Health Commission of Canada. MHFA is the help provided to a person developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. This 2-day workshop will help adults recognize mental health issues in youth, and offer assistance to youth who may be experiencing a mental health crisis.More Info
