I welcome requests for public speaking, training, and seminars. My approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. I am also registered as an Employee Assistance Program Counsellor for Compsych, Solareh, FSEAP, and Morneau Shepell.
