The Oasis in Kanata's monthly support group offers a safe, confidential, professionally-facilitated environment where caregivers gather to share experiences; provide mutual support; and learn how they can better care for themselves as they care for their loved ones suffering from a mental illness.The group meets the first Monday of each month except on holidays.
