We are a grass roots organization that provide home visits, one on one sessions, group sessions, life skill supporting programs and provide follow up communication with clients.
Non Clinical Services but life skill building or relateable to positive mental health:
Anger Management Program 8 sessions or 8 weeks 1 hour sessions - Done in office or offered as home visits.
First Time Young Fathering Program 6 week - 12 hour program
Peer to Peer 10 week – 20 hour program
Men & women who have experiences current and historical abuse.

We have staff available and certified in mental health clinician and Trauma Specialist and Psychology, and can be viewed at http://www.horizoncct.com/organization/
