Event Description
This education group about Mood Disorders is geared towards those friends and family members trying to provide ongoing support to peole with Mood Disorders. Topics include symptoms, how to cope with symptoms, treatment providers, community resources, the mental health act, communication, problem solving, crisis planning, suicide risk assessment, and self care for care givers.
