The Central Saskatchewan Military Family Resource Centre Inc. (MFRC) enhances the quality of life in Canadian Forces communities by supporting  personal, family and community development.

Personal development and community integration;
Separation and reunion;
Child/youth development and parenting support;
Prevention, support and intervention (PSI) which includes crisis and short-term counselling;
Volunteering and other opportunities.
