Offer bereavement support groups & individual counselling. Facilitated support groups, which are 8 weeks in duration, meet as demand requires. Offer 8 week mindfulness based stress reduction program.
Both Sharon & Wendy have a Masters degree in Social Work, are registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, are members of the Ontario Association of Social Work, & are trained group facilitators & trained facilitators in mindfulness based stress reduction. Wendy is also a member of the Bereavement Ontario Network & the Association for Death Education and Counselling.
