A nonprofit information and referral service which promotes a natural self help approach to women's physical and emotional well being. Subject areas cover various issues concerning the mental, emotional and physical well being of women including menopause, PMS (premenstrual syndrome) and endometriosis.
 
Public education meetings on Stress Management, PMS, Menopause, and other women's health issues are planned and presented in conjunction with community health agencies. Self help and support groups are developed based on the needs of community women.
 
Workshops and seminars are offered in the community. Other services include information packages, support and understanding, and referrals.
