Chippewas of Rama First Nation Community and Family Services
Mnjikaning Family Services is an advocate of the safety, health and well being of our community in the body, mind, spirit and emotions. We will work toward creating awareness for the protection and safety of our children. Mnjikaning Family Services serves as an umbrella organization from which an assortment of preventative programs stem. It is here that the programs are planned, implemented and constantly monitored for improvement. By working closely with other groups, our approach will be more holistic from a community perspective. A Responsible Gaming Program has been established in association with Casino Rama. Family Services has also developed Biidaaban Circle to help the community cope with sexual, physical and mental abuse.
