As someone who has personally battled both addiction and ongoing chronic illness, Graham is well positioned to partner with his clients and collaborate with them through a thoughtful, level-headed and supportive style, with the hope that they, too, can work towards living a more balanced, centered and peaceful life.
Graham understands deeply how healing and growth can come from surprising places, and be anything but a straight path. Knowing this, Graham will work with you to identify and reach for the kind of life you want to live – preferring to act as a non-judgemental guide and mentor, as opposed to telling you the kind of life you should be living. Because of this, Graham prefers to keep things laid back and personable in session, giving you the safety and space you need to fully explore what’s challenging you.
Outside of the office, Graham is a frequent attendee of metal concerts, a passionate home cook and gardener, and a seasoned backcountry camper. Having lived in the Waterloo Region his whole life, he hopes now to continue to give back to the community that supported him in his own journey.
