CORE serves emotionally stressed adults, especially those with severe behaviour problems resulting from mental illness and/or developmental challenges.

Programs include:
 * The Centre-Based Day Program which provides recreational, social and work activities for hard-to-place individuals who are highly emotionally challenged and exhibit bizarre behaviours as a result of psychiatric, cognitive and/or developmental challenges.
* Lifestyle Strategies serves young adults aged 18+ in their transition from school to community life.
* The Culinary Connections program is accessed through either of the above programs, and offers training in kitchen skills in a commercial kitchen, under the supervisions of a chef-trainer.
* The Farm Project is accessed through the Centre-Based Day Program of Lifestyle Strategies, and provides participants with opportunities to be involved in the physical work of caring for animals, gardening and beekeeping.
