Assertive Community Treatment Teams (ACTT) |
Assertive Community Treatment Teams are part of a community-based outpatient treatment program coordinated in partnership with the Brockville Mental Health Centre.
The ACTT Program provides intensive treatment, support and rehabilitation services to patients in the community who have significant functional impairment and continuous high service needs due to a serious mental illness.
ACT Teams are located in:
* Brockville (serving Leeds-Grenville, Lanark counties)
* Casselman (serving Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry counties)
* Cornwall (serving Prescott-Russell counties).
