Join us at Bedtime Bootcamp: Conquer ADHD-related Sleep Challenges!

Living with ADHD can pose significant hurdles when it comes to getting a good night’s rest. Many individuals with ADHD encounter sleep-related difficulties, whether it’s struggling to fall asleep, staying asleep, or waking up refreshed. Inadequate sleep can exacerbate ADHD symptoms, impacting our cognitive (thinking) processes, emotional well-being, and daily focus. From battling hyperactivity to managing racing thoughts and procrastination, maintaining a consistent bedtime routine can feel like an uphill task.
