Kindred Hope Wellness provides counselling with teens and adults with anxiety, depression and other concerns. We specialize in clients complex lives with a focus in professional and personal lifestyle, such as individuals deciding in transitions careers or deal with difficult careers (i.e. police officers, paramedics, nurses, teachers, etc.).
Another area of specialization is in parenting strategies and skills, particularly involving neurodivergent/atypical individuals with exceptionalities (disabilities). Kindred Hope Wellness has extensive experience with exceptionalities, such as high functioning autism (ASD), Asperger's, and ADHD.
