Provides individual and group counselling to adults who may be struggling with life events like the empty nest, separation and divorce, illness and being a caregiver. I specialize in the older adult and life transitions, grief and loss at this stage in life. I also specialize in the role of care giver. The adult who provides care to their parents who may be struggling with aging and illness; to their adult children who may have disabilities or mental health challenges or to their spouses who may be struggling with physical or mental health issues.
