Event Description

A stimulating evening for parents, grandparents, educators, therapists and all caregivers to explore new ideas for living with anxiety.

Anxiety has been said to be the #1 epidemic of the 21st Century and yet it is normal and necessary for human life.

•Do you want to help children , teenagers and young adults improve how they deal with stressors in their lives and manage their anxiety?

•Do you want to understand your reactions and choices when feeling anxious or uneasy about life?

When anxiety is understood and experienced differently, it guides our adaptation and ability to be resilient. We all want to help ourselves and others to learn ways to meet life with courage and confidence.

Discover how to:

•understand anxiety as a normal response to life’s stressors and challenges,
•assess the purpose of anxiety so it can be used constructively to deal with daily demands and uncertainties,
•to talk and listen more effectively with others about their fears and concerns,
•use practical tools to cope with a variety of stressors which produce anxiety.
