Event Description

In the last 12 – 18 months, have you or your family member been:

* To the emergency department for mental health or substance use?
* In hospital for mental health or substance use?

If you answered yes to either or both of these questions, share with us ideas to improve your experience.

Here’s how…

1. Focus groups: We will be holding focus groups for clients and family members across our region – if you would like to participate, consult our website for further information. Each participant will receive a $30 honorarium.
2. Surveys: Between February 24 and March 9, complete our survey online by visiting our website. You can also request a hard copy of the survey at our email address. Each participant will receive a $5 coupon to Starbucks.
3. Facebook: You can follow the link to our Facebook page provided on our website to provide your input to us and other Facebook users.
