Our approach is rooted in creating an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed environment that fosters collaboration, empathy, inclusivity, and non-judgment. We take a holistic approach to our work and aim to provide affirming and strengths-based support while continuing to unlearn oppressive societal and cultural norms.
